110109 Greyskull LPW7EP3 + OLY

Yo.

Not realy feelin it today so ill keep it short. Food and sleep has been good throught out the week, had high hopes for this session.

Friday:
Press 5x2x57KG 9x57KG
Squat 5x3120KG

3set
10 curls 20kg
10 standing KB-twist
10 HighKBS´s

Super psyched about the press, hoping for somewhere around my old 1RM to be my new 5RM (62.5) Felt okay, till last two reps.
Squat.. Had high expectations for this one. But the first two 5s killed me, and with the tinkering with foot position.. Well dont realy have anything more to say. Happy with it anyhow, but hoped for more.

Circuit was actually alot havier than expected. Curls killed me first set, need to do more curls!

Saturday:
Went for some OLY technique training. No max lifts ~90% tops.

5 rounds, but didnt do muscleups on the last 2, had some wierd shoulder pain! Just did jumping mu´s.

Snatch felt great, fast under the bar, but still has to work on getting 2nd pull more aggressive without letting 3rd suffer to much.
C&J was easy peasy! Think i have 100 soon! STOKED!
