Good evening.
After 5 days of from work, it felt kinda slow when i woke up.. Well, what did i expect right? Food was good, and sleep okay ~7hrs.
Im still tinkering with squat techniuque, but i think i had a small breakthrough today =) Getting the hang of feet pos. and first movment. Back is not good but better, and bar´s still travelling a bit forward on the way up. But ill take it.
Monday:
Bench (20,40,50,60,70)x5 5x2x73KG 9x73KG

3xmax sup. BW pullups 10-8-9 (3min b/t sets)

1500m row ~95% 5.23 (tried for steady 1.50/500m)
Bench felt light, i think i might´ve had 2reps more in me, but i didnt have anymore energy.. Happy anyway!
Squat. As i said, a small breakthrough. Fever reps than before, but much improved technique! I think if i realy wrap my head around it ill continue to gain in strength! Ill take nine.
Pullups, i might have gone a bit easy first set, but didnt wanna royaly fuck up on the last two sets, realy wanted a good arm workout. Might have been able to do more reps with more rest, but wanted a touch of lactic in the arms.
Getting the hang of rowing, much more efficient now, fewer strokes, but same distance/pace. Other than that it was a horrible experience as usual!
All in all a good session, still learning something about myself every session. And every small setback brings something pos. with it.
