110103 Greyskull LPW7 Session 1+PRs!

From now on ill only do this in english! I read the s**t google translated after i posted it (stupid? Yes) And it looked like a 4th grader had written it... So if since it was 25% foreign readers ill be posting in English.

Last post I wrote some of my goals for first third of 2011. And i might have to change some of the content there, because Im doing some of the things on there to see were i stand tday. And todays training:

Wu: 500m row 1.32.0PR
Goodmornings squats low weights 5 reps. Squats 60-110KGs 5 reps. Press 20-50 5 reps.
Press 5x2x56KGs 8x56KGs
Back-squat 5x2x117.5KGs 9x117.5KGs



Then:
"Fight Gone Bad" (my first Rxd one ever)
290reps PR!
And then i helped my GF with the rower for "fight gone bad" before it was my turn to go through 17minutes of hell.. I struggle with my squats now, I cant, regardless of how hard i try to keep my torso in an (more)upright position, i had like 2 ok, not good bur ok reps. Any tips will be very welcome! Cus its my back that maybe needs some extra strength, or maybe im doing something wrong? Or less right. Press felt good, disapointed that i didnt halt on the 2nd press.. But ill count it anyway.
Metcon... Dont even know where to begin. It was (except first round until row) just plain HELL! I seriously didnt feel my legs when i got of the rower last round. But it went alot better then i predicted! So im happy! And the 1.32 row!

New goals:
FGB 335 (+3reps on every station/round)
500m row sub 1.30
And adding
Press 1RM 72.5 5RM 62.5
Squat 1RM 150 5RM 125KG

Doing a list for 2012 for next post, with current nrs and goals for 2/3s in.

That was about it, now its fuuud tajm!
