110105 Greyskull LPW7EP2 "Getting there."

Yo!

This one was a 10/10 session. Sleep was good, food was even better and the load at work wasent that heavy. So conditions were as good as they get!

Wednesday:
500m (light held steady 1.45) row 1.45.1

Power-clean (20,40,50,60,70)x5
Deadlift 100x5 120x1 130x1 150x1 155x1 155x11!
Bench-press (20,40,50,60)x5 72x5x2 72x12!



500m (heavy, but not max) row 1.38.2

3sets
5 UB goodmornings 60KG
5 UB Weighted ring-dips 15kg

Another epic session in my books! 11 reps on the deadlift was more than i evere could have dreamed of! And i had a good feeling on all reps, hammies and back gave up on me =)

Super surprised on the bench, since i only managed 9 last time @71. Extra strength work wasent anything special, heavy but nothing special.

2 days of from work now and 120KG on the squat, got some pointers that im gonna try out for the max set.
