Just some mediocre training results & new job.

Hey.

Its been a while, but i have been training, just not feeling in the mood for writing it down..

Straight to buissness:

Monday:
Press 5x2x58KG 7x58KG
Squat 5x2x110KG 8x110KG
Chins 6-8x2x15KG (strict)
Grace Rxd 5.36

Press, the usual, heavy, might´ve been able to squeeze 1-2 more reps with better tempo. Just didnt feel it that day.

Felt my lower back all through squatting, but since my technique has improved by at least 300%, it could have been alot worse. Happy with 8, with some sort of upright torso =)

Chins, another day at the gym, heavy, but some sort of routine by now.

Grace... Well, where should i start. Already fried in my shoulders, strength-wise. But i wanted a heavy metcon. And it was my first ever rxd attempt, so i expect like 1.30 of that time with less shoulder work before my next attempt. Felt heavy all the way through.

Deads (70,80,100)x3 (120,130,140)x1 Heavy and still feeling my lower back so i took the mature decision to skip them tday.

3RFT:
10 Strict supinated pullups
20 Chineese DB-row 32KG
20 standing KB-twist 24KG
20 Back extensions
~9.50
Not much of a tempo, more focus on propper technique and making every rep count. Need more metcon work.
500m row/1.55

Evening:
Amrap 15min:
5 Deadlifts (120KG)
30 Anchord situps.
7Rounds.
Not that hard, might have been able to do like 1 more round..



New job starting monday, a bit excited and a bit not so excited since it means leaving alot of other things behind.. Its true what they say though: "One cannot both eat one's cake and keep it."
I will miss home and all what comes with that.
